AB Industry offers maintenance of robots.

We make:
- one year robot maintenance services
- three years robot maintenance services

ONE YEAR ROBOT MAINTENANCE includes:

Checking	- inside cables in robot - cable connecting robot and controller - outside connectors in controller - cooling fans - heat exchanger - damages of controller - leaks of lubes
Additional activities	- addition/exchanging lubes in servomotors - measures of repeatability/accuracy - checking of Teach Pendant - cleaning of heatexchanger in controller - exchanging of batteries - checking of operating panel
Testing	- security cables - emergency stop buttons - limit switches of all axis
Three years robot maintenance includes:
